These general conditions regulate the distance sales relationship between La Aceitera Jaenera  and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations and Spanish regulations.

The illustrations and/or photographs of the products offered on this website are intended to show a general idea of ​​them and none of them will form part of the sales contract between La Aceitera Jaenera and the user or client. Please note that olive oil, the main product on our website, is a “living” product and its color evolves over time.

Pricing

The final prices of the products are those that appear on our website at the time of placing the order. The marked prices are indicated in euros and include 10% VAT. Transportation costs (if any),  and taxes are clearly specified before processing payment.

Purchasing process

The process of purchasing any of nuestros products through our website, it is extremely simple, just by letting yourself go through the different screens you will be able to successfully complete your purchase from your home in a few minutes. However, below we describe the entire process. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any difficulties.

The shopping basket.

Delivery

Warranty and returns

The Jaenera oil company guarantees the quality of its products under the legally established conditions. However, if the customer receives a product with any defect in quality, he or she will have the right to replace the defective product with another product with the same or similar characteristics or to reimburse the amount thereof and the corresponding transportation cost, if applicable.
