It offers us the intense and round organoleptic profile typical of the best Sierra oils of the Picual variety, and houses a very high content of provitamins and natural antioxidants.

It comes from fruits specially selected and collected in the month of November, when our olives are "envero". The picual olive begins to change the tone of its skin as its ripening process evolves, from bright green to purple.

It is an oil with an intense aroma and great organoleptic balance, ideal for all types of gastronomic treatment in which a very high quality oil is required.
