Picual monovarietal extra virgin olive oil, of medium-high intensity of fruity, with a preponderance on the nose of notes of green leaf, grass and tomato, also perceiving nuances of artichoke, fig tree and green fig.

In the mouth, the bitter attribute manifests itself with medium intensity in a pleasant way, combining with light astringent notes and aromas of green banana that, via retronasal, are mixed with progressive spicy tones. In general, it is an oil with a green profile, balanced and pleasant to the palate.
