Acorn-fed Iberian ham 75% Iberian Breed. Intense aroma, delicate flavor and slightly fibrous texture, melting in the mouth, leaving a persistent aftertaste characteristic of acorn. It has a characteristic color that varies from pink to purple-red, bright, with infiltration of pinkish fat, rich in oleic acid, which makes it unctuous to the touch and improves its organoleptic qualities.
Loin: Made with natural ingredients and slowly cured for 150 days and finished maturing in a natural cellar.
Salchichón and chorizo: Manufactured following the traditional recipes of the area, from selected lean acorn-fed pork subjected to meticulous defatting processes.
