These general conditions regulate the distance sales relationship between La Aceitera Jaenera and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations and Spanish regulations.

The illustrations and / or photographs of the products offered on this website are intended to show a general idea of ​​them and none of them will form part of the sales contract between La Aceitera Jaenera and the user or client. Keep in mind that olive oil, the main product on our website, is a "living" product and its color evolves over time.

Prices

The final prices of the products are those that appear on our website at the time of placing the order. The marked prices are indicated in euros and include 10% VAT. Transportation costs (if they exist), and taxes are clearly specified before processing the payment.

Purchasing process

The process of buying any of our products through our website is extremely simple, only by letting yourself go through the different screens will you be able to successfully complete your purchase from your home in a few minutes. The availability of the products offered on our website may vary depending on the demand. Although we update our stock periodically, the product requested by the customer could be out of stock at that time. In this case, the client will be communicated, offering him the alternatives of waiting until the receipt of the missing product, the replacement by another of a similar or higher category, the shipment of the rest of the products and the return of the missing price or the cancellation of the order with full refund of the amount paid.

Delivery

Shipping and delivery times in the peninsula for products in stock are between 1 to 3 business days. For international destinations, delivery times may vary from approximately 5 to 8 days, depending on the destination. If there is no stock of any product, this period can be extended until the receipt of the corresponding product, in which case the customer will be informed of this circumstance.

Deliveries will be made to the address indicated in the order, by means of the chosen carrier, if this option is possible, otherwise our usual carrier will be used. The delivery will be made on the ground floor of the recipient's building in the case of living in an apartment. Carriers are not obliged to access higher floors, although they usually do.

The customer must inspect the packages at the time of delivery and note on the corresponding delivery note any incident that they observe. If the customer does not make such notification, he will definitively assume that the products are, in all respects, in accordance with the contract and free from any defect that is evident on a reasonable examination, and consequently, the customer will be deemed to have accepted the products.

Right of withdrawal and claims

The buyer will have a period of fourteen calendar days, from the day of receipt of the product, to fully or partially withdraw from their purchase without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. The exercise of the right of withdrawal will not be subject to any formality, it is enough that the customer goes to La Aceitera Jaenera indicating his desire to withdraw from his purchase partially or totally.

In the exercise of their right of withdrawal, the client must return the products purchased freight prepaid and in the same conditions in which they were received. Once the return package has been received and its condition verified, La Aceitera Jaenera will pay the amount corresponding to the returned products. During the return process, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the products.

Guarantee and returns

The Jaenera oil company guarantees the quality of its products under the legally established conditions. However, if the customer receives a product with any defect in its quality, he or she will have the right to replace the defective product with another of the same or similar characteristics or to reimburse the amount of the same and the corresponding transport cost, if applicable. To this end, you must communicate it as soon as possible, in order to be offered the different alternatives.
