HOW TO USE IT?

Early harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is mainly used “raw”. However, it is also highly recommended for various culinary techniques:

For raw use:

1. Dress: Ideal for enhancing the flavor of salads and other prepared dishes.
2. Marinate: It allows you to marinate foods, especially meats and fish, by submerging them in a mixture of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinaigrette and various spices for a certain time.
3. Keep: Perfect for preserving foods by soaking them in EVOO, providing not only preservation but also enrichment.

For culinary techniques:

1. Emulsify: Many sauces and creams obtain texture, body and flavor by incorporating Extra Virgin Olive Oil as a key ingredient. It is emulsified with other ingredients to achieve a harmonious mixture.
