Family of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Picual monovarietal / Royal monovarietal) with Protected Denomination of Origin Sierra de Cazorla.
Picual is a full-bodied oil, yellow with green and medium sheen in bitterness and hotness. It is an oil with intense fruity and that does not present any type of defect. It is also common for green notes with the aroma of ripe tomatoes to appear. Among its best qualities is its great resistance to rancidity, thanks to the significant amount of vitamin E it has.
Royal oil is an oil of great value, delicate, with a fresh fruity, sweet aroma and notes of apple and fig. Its flavor is smooth and not aggressive on the palate. The only Royal with Denomination of Origin in the world, in addition to being characteristic and traditional of the Sierra de Cazorla region.
