This oil is produced from olives of the Picual variety, harvested in mid to late October from olive groves that are cultivated under the integrated production system, located in Sierra de las Villas.
This olive oil has a lingering aftertaste and great harmony.
When eaten raw it is ideal for toast, crostini, gourmet dishes, mixed and tomato-based salads, meat, oily fish and special dishes.
