The green aromas stand out on the fruit trees in this oil, intense fruity of green olive, herbs, olive leaf, tomatera and artichoke. In the mouth its entrance is soft, but with character. It is slow in perceptions but powerful in development and passage through the oral cavity. The green notes perceived in the nose are confirmed, but without being aggressive. Its bitter and spicy does not stand out, although it presents a small astringency that reminds us the thistle or the artichoke. Velvety. Very structured and persistent.
