Intense green fruity oil wrapped in herbaceous notes. In visual phase it appears with a clean, transparent and bright green. On the nose, its fresh notes are reminiscent of tomato nuanced by aromatic herbs in thyme and rosemary versions.

Velvety but with its own personality, the assemblage in planes of bitter and spicy that are the representatives in the mouth impresses. An elegant, complex and lively oil that is a palpable image of the Jaen area that it represents in the beginnings of the Sierra de Cazorla.
