ERMEDEL AOVE SL is a family business located in Valdepeñas de Jaén, modest, but with a firm objective.

They have two types of oil in relation to the olive and its degree of maturity. Early harvest olives from which an oil called Green Selection is extracted and olive oil at its optimum point of maturation which is called Olive Selection.

EЯMEDEL Olive Selection. They are carefully selected at the optimum time of harvest, coinciding when the olive is in veraison, at which time it presents green-violet tones.
