La Pandera

The Sociedad Cooperativa Andaluza Sierra de la Pandera, was born on October 28 in 2004, as a result of the merger of the S.C.A. San Juan Bautista and S.C.A. Our Lady of the Rosary, both originally from Los Villares, Jaén.

With this merger, the S.C.A. Sierra de la Pandera sets new objectives and new goals in its commitment to quality in production, in the commercialization of its oils and in improving productivity.

EVOO made with olives harvested in October and immediately ground in the oil mill. This type of extra virgin preserves all the chlorophylls in green olives and, being early harvest, contains 20 times more natural antioxidants than other olive oils. It is characterized by an intense emerald green color and an extraordinary flavor in fruity and freshly cut grass.
