La Pastira

INDUSTRIAS SAN PEDRO, S.A. are a company founded in 1985 by a group of enthusiastic entrepreneurs, linked to the exciting world of olive oil.

Its oil mill is located in the fertile plain of the Jaén river. This river flows into the Guadalbullón river, whose fertile plain is the most important in the municipality of Jaén, extending through the northern part and being a tributary of the Guadalquivir river.

The variety widespread in this area is Picual, whose oils are fruity, fragrant with positive notes of bitter, spicy and astringent. Its specific descriptors are the aroma of fresh grass with fig, tomato flavor and with touches of almond, banana peel and apple, among others.
