Extra Virgin Olive Oils obtained cold by mechanical procedures from olives at their optimum point of maturation. They are our fruity, fresh and fragrant Oils, with a distinguished bitterness and intense olive flavor and a long finish in the mouth, and they constitute a luxury to be eaten raw and to make multiple dishes with elegance.
Oleocampo extra virgin olive oils have a high monounsaturated content, especially oleic, and a high proportion of natural antioxidants, which makes them very stable.
The totality of the Oil produced is, for the most part, Extra Virgin; 100% Picual Variety, this being a determining factor for the organoleptic and sensory characteristics of our Oil.
From an organoleptic point of view, Oleocampo's extra virgin olive oil tends towards greenish and greenish-yellow tones, easily recognizable. Its smell is usually defined as fruity, fresh and fragrant, while its flavor highlights a distinguished bitterness, with an intense aftertaste of fresh olives, leaving a long aftertaste of fresh olives in the mouth.
