Oleum excelsus

Of the Oleum Excelsus olive groves, only 1,240 centenary olive trees have been selected for their excellent production quality, from the “La Orden” and “La Calzadilla” estates. In both farms the age of the olive grove coincides; Its wide plantation frame, never less than 12 by 12 meters, allows it to take nutrients from the earth, gives it room to receive sunlight, and provides good ventilation and sunshine inside the canopy.

The result is Oleum Excelsus, an Extra Virgin of the highest quality and unique in its variety of which there is a limited and numbered annual production that never exceeds 33,500 bottles.
