The Serrano family has decidedly committed to sharing the extra virgin olive oil obtained from its own farms.

In this way, being participants from beginning to end, they guarantee that the product they sell is of the highest quality throughout the entire process. Because its objective is that the best oil arrives directly from its olive groves in Jaén to your table.

Extra virgin olive oil is actually a natural olive juice. Its extraction is carried out using only mechanical procedures (grinding, shaking and separation by centrifugation and decantation).

All this process is done cold, that is, without exceeding 27ºC in any case. In this way it is guaranteed that all the properties and aromas of the oil remain intact. In all this treatment of the olive they work with top-level professionals to obtain a unique product of exceptional quality.

Its fields are located in the southeast of the municipality of Úbeda, in Jaén. Its olive trees grow in the upper part of the Guadalquivir Valley.
