At the beginning of 1997, a natural family group from Orcera (Jaén), with more than 100 years of experience in the olive grove sector and in the production of olive oil in the "SIERRA DE SEGURA" Region, decided, based on the existence of the Regulatory Council of Denomination of Origin Sierra de Segura, one of the oldest and most emblematic in Spain, to design an ambitious industrial Project that would combine the production of olives from its Olivares, with the production, packaging and marketing of Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOSierra of Segura. Project based on the high quality of the oils produced in the Region, as a result of the microclimate and the special soil conditions.

The control over the entire process, from the tree to the bottle, and the rigor and care put into each step of the production process, result in a unique reference oil that has made history setting the guidelines to follow for the production of EVOO. of the highest quality, and that has been recognized with more than 100 of the most important national and international awards.
