Valdesencia

This oil is the natural juice obtained by simple physical pressure of olives of the best quality. The oils produced are characterized by their fruity aroma, they are sweet and slightly spicy and bitter.

The manufacturing process follows the strictest quality conditions required in the care of the olive trees, in the harvesting of the olives, in the separation of these according to their qualities or in their storage.

The oil is produced entirely in the Cooperative's factory and a good part of it is sold in bulk for sale to other entities.

The cooperative reserves part of the production of each year for its packaging under its own brands, since it has product lines under the commercial name of "Oleopeñas" and "Valdesencia".
