Valle Mágina

Valle Mágina is an exponent of the best oils of the Sierra Mágina Denomination of Origin, mountain oils of the Picual variety, which offers its best fruits in mountain environments.

It is characterized by an intense fruity flavor and great stability, a consequence of its high content of pro-vitamins, polyphenols and other antioxidants, which offer extraordinary benefits for our health and provide a higher degree of preservation of the organoleptic characteristics of the oil.

They collect the olives with which they made the Valle Mágina oil at the end of November, so that fruits that are still in an initial stage of maturation are brought together in the oil mill with others that have already completed the cycle.

The whipping temperature below 27º C allows obtaining an oil with an intense aroma, with multiple sensations that combine an irreproachable organoleptic profile.
