  • Intense fruity with freshly cut grass and olive leaf. Bitter, progressive and persistent in the mouth with hints of green almond, apple and banana peel. Complex and balanced.
  • Ideal for a large number of dishes, such as light salads, meat marinades, oily fish, meat and fish carpaccios, intense emulsions, vinaigrettes, hot and cold creams, pasta, stir-fry, canned vegetables.
• Arbequina variety.
  • Medium fruity with clear notes of green apple and banana. Sweet on the palate with an almond touch, spicy, fluid and not very persistent.
  • Ideal to use it raw, in dishes that need flavoring, such as salads, grilled vegetables, marinades, sauces such as mayonnaise, aioli and vinaigrette; cold creams (salmorejos and gazpachos); pastry doughs and acidic tropical fruits. Also for stir-fries, paellas and rice dishes in general.
