It is an oil that presents a fruity of olive between green and ripe, predominating at the olfactory level the feelings of green fruit. Its sensory notes recall the "Picual" variety, like tomato plant and banana peel between them, in addition to the fig tree although the intensities are mild. Its entry in the mouth is sweet, with a very mild bitterness and a slightly spicy More intense but accompanying it.
