|Gustatory phase:||Due to its silky texture, its entry into the mouth is pleasant. The attributes detected in the nose are again appreciated, including some more such as artichoke and green wheat, with fresh, fruity and green flavor. The bitter and spicy are present with firmness to a good extent, that is, medium intensity and without exceeding the fruity of olives, highlighting the nuance of good grass and chlorophyll that surrounds the entire oral cavity and invades the retro-nasal route leaving a post -long taste and conferring astringency at the end.|
