On the nose it has an intense fruity green olive. It has vegetable aromas such as green tomato, herbaceous aromas such as olive leaf and fruit aromas such as Golden green apple.

Between soft and sweet, with a slight touch of bitterness with an almond flavor. As it passes, the spicy begins to appear, which increases by clinging to the throat. Subsequently, it leaves us a minty sensation of the olive leaf and green almonds, accompanied by astringency.

It is an elegant, complex and persistent oil.
