Well structured, harmonious and persistent Picual monovarietal.
On the nose it is an intense fruity green olive, full of energy and freshness. The green aromas of leaf, wood and almond stand out along with vegetables such as green tomato and artichoke, and fresh fruits with banana and apple skin that give it an enormous aromatic complexity.
The palate is powerful and consistent with the olfactory sensation, medium bitter and somewhat more intense, with a clean finish of nuts.
