It is produced at the end of October, exclusively of handcrafted form and in limited quantity.
Its aroma is frutado intensely of green olive, of great complexity and harmony, with fruit-bearing notes of apple and banana, emphasizing the green almond for its intensity, as well as the grass(herb) newly cut.
Its entry in mouth is very sweet, typical of the pointed variety, appreciating in the previous part the macaroon and the herbaceous notes of green wheat.
On having gone on to the posterior part the green banana and the artichoke is perceived, the bitterness is almost imperceptible and with a final very light irritation.
