With an intense green color, "November" is a medium-intense fruity of green olive, complex, highlighting the vegetable and herbaceous notes of tomato, artichoke and green pepper over the fruit aromas of apple, banana skin, almond and citrus.

On the palate, it is soft on entry, with ripe fruits perceived first on the nose. The bitter is light and the spicy something more intense and persistent. Good structure. Balanced and harmonic.
