Tasting Notes The fruits we found are apple, and especially green banana. In the mouth only bitter. We find an astrigencia characteristic of the green banana and the green almond. The itching is persistent.

Recommendations Perfect to finish dishes with fish, all kinds of salads and vinaigrettes (mayonnaise or alioli). Highly recommended for use in confectionery. Ideal for spraying vanilla ice cream or bitter chocolate shavings.
