An exceptional Arbequino where the delicacy of the aromas typical of this variety are mixed with the strength and character of the southern lands. A medium fruity of fresh olive, with green aromas of herbs and green wheat interspersed between the characteristic fruity notes of the Arbequino; highlights the almond, apple and ripe banana.

Its passage through the mouth is progressive, with a soft and delicate entry, a very light bitter aftertaste and a more notable presence of spice. It is harmonious and has an almond aftertaste.
