The Arbequina is a medium fruity of fresh olive with aromas of green herbs and fruity notes, among which the almond, apple and ripe banana stand out. It has a soft and delicate entry on the palate, a very light bitter aftertaste and the presence of spicy something more notable.
The picual is intense and complex green fruity, where you can appreciate frank aromas of tomato, apple, freshly cut grass, green banana, green almond. The characteristic that represents it is its bitter - spicy balance, very pleasant. Its entry into the mouth is sweet, leaving a feeling of greenery and freshness when passed in the mouth.
These Family Reserve oils are recommended for consumption raw.
