Oro de Cánava has an intense fruity smell of green olive, great complexity between green and dry aromas: peppermint, tomatera and banana skin with ripe nuances of almond and apple. Taste clean, fragrant, with harmony between light bitter and progressive spice. Very structured and persistent.

Cortijo el Obispo, is an olive oil with a fruity medium to olive leaf, with notes to tomato and artichoke, generating a great complexity in aromas. It is presented in the mouth with a medium fruity to nuts and fruit. It has an aftertaste to almond, a balanced bitterness and an itch that disappears soon
