HARVEST: Extra virgin olive oil from organic production and early harvest obtained by cold extraction between 22ºC and 24ºC, from olives of the Picual variety harvested green during the months of October-Noviembre. Own harvest from family-owned and organic olive groves.
TASTING NOTES: Green and transparent with a high content of natural antioxidants such as polyphenols and vitamin E. Intense fruity aroma of green olives, freshly cut grass and olive leaves. Notes of tomato and artichoke, with light hints of fig leaves. Smooth entry flavour of medium density with medium bitterness and balanced spiciness. Aftertaste of nuts. Medium persistence with elegant hints of spiciness. 100% Picual.
