Origin Taggiasca Variety: Extra virgin olive olive oil of the taggiasca variety. The taggiasca variety is a variety of Italian origin that is cultivated mostly in the province of Imperia, in the Liguria region. Collection: This Aove has been obtained from a plantation of the Taggiasca variety that was planted on a plot of the Padilla family in March 2015. It is the first plantation of this variety that is grown in Spain. The collection of the olive was carried out on October 1 and 2, 2020. Obtaining olive oil was made on the same day and by the cold extraction method between 22ºC and 24ºC tasting: intense green, clean and transparent green color . In the nose it has an intense fruity smell of green olive, with fruit and herbaceous notes. Soft tast of light density with light bitterness and itching. Average persistence with an elegant anisado aftertaste. Pairing: Perfect to accompany cold dishes such as salads, pasta and creams.
