Extra virgin olive oil of conventional production of gourmet quality, cold extracted at a maximum of 27º C. from a selection of the best olives of the Picual variety harvested in November at their optimum ripeness.
TASTING:
Medium fruity smell of green olive, with light notes of tomato and artichoke. In the mouth it is smooth and with a very balanced bitterness and slight itching. The best selection of picual olives from Jaén.
