ORIGIN TAGGIASCA VARIETY:

Extra virgin olive oil from olives of the taggiasca variety. The taggiasca variety is a variety of Italian origin that is grown mainly in the province of Imperia, in the Liguria region.

HARVEST:

This EVOO has been obtained from a plantation of the taggiasca variety that was planted on a plot of the Padilla family in March 2015. It is the first plantation of this variety that is grown in Spain. The olive harvest was carried out on October 1 and 2, 2020. The olive oil was obtained on the same day and by the cold extraction method between 22ºC and 24ºC

TASTING:

Intense green color, clean and transparent. On the nose it has an intense fruity smell of green olives, with fruity and herbaceous notes. Soft entry flavor of light density with slight bitterness and itching. Medium persistence with an elegant aniseed aftertaste.

PAIRING:

Perfect to accompany cold dishes such as salads, pasta and creams.
