Extra virgin olive oil of organic production and early harvest obtained by cold extraction between 22ºC and 24ºC, from olives of the picual variety harvested in green during the months of October-November. Own harvest of family and ecological olive grove.

TASTING:

Green and transparent with a high content of natural antioxidants such as polyphenols and vitamin E.

Intense fruity smell of green olives, freshly cut grass and olive leaf. Notes of tomato and artichoke, with light hints of fig leaf. Mild entry flavor of medium density with medium bitterness and balanced heat. Nutty aftertaste. Medium persistence with elegant itchy plasters. 100% Picual.
