Pago de espejo EVOO, originating in Finca La Condesa, located in Villanueva de la Reina, province of Jaén (Andalusia).

Tasting:

On the nose, it has an intense green olive fruitiness, with very high notes of fresh grass, olive leaf, green almond and hints of tomato.

In the mouth, the freshness of the grass and green fruits have a great appearance with a sweet entry and a slight final itch.

Altogether, it is an oil with body, perfect balance and complex that results from a great harmony.
