Acorn-fed 100% PDO Jabugo ham is a tasty and healthy product that is part of the Mediterranean diet. It is the authentic Jabugo ham.

It comes from the Iberian breed, traditionally linked to the pasture area of the southwest of the Iberian Peninsula, although with expansion in recent years to other areas of Spain.

These hams undergo their curing process in the only wooden drying room built in 50 years. The wood from these dryers, whose maintenance requires constant care, acts as a natural regulator of humidity and temperature, while allowing the passage of fresh air from the Sierra de Huelva.
