Cold brewed, from the first extraction after the fruit is harvested.

Notes:

Intense green color and shiny appearance. Very aromatic fruity with notes of tomato and herbaceous, balanced in bitterness and itching. Softer flavor than other varieties in the area (picual) and with great durability in its tasting connotations.

Conservation:

Keep container closed, away from light and heat, in a cool place.

Recommendations:

Ideal for raw consumption, accompanying bread or toast, for dressing salads, pairing cheeses, ham and grilled meats. Indicated to start children on a healthy diet due to its pleasant and moderate palate.
