Month of November in the southern countryside of Jaén.

Extraction:

Cold brewed, from the first extraction after the fruit is harvested.

Notes:

Intense green color and duller appearance. Very aromatic fruity with notes of tomato and herbaceous, in which you can appreciate the textures of the pulp providing a more genuine flavor. It reminds us of the old with a more traditional elaboration. In this oil, the sweetness of the Manzanilla variety has been combined with the 100% Jaén style.

Conservation:

Keep container closed, away from light and heat, in a cool place.

Recommendations:

Ideal for raw consumption in salads, gazpachos and also for traditional stews where you can appreciate its flavor "raw".
