Unfiltered olive oils 

With the new olive harvest, the new unfiltered olive oils arrive,

They are early harvest oils, opaque green color  due to their high content of microparticles of the same pulp of olives from which they come, as well as their high chlorophyll content. Freshs, fragrant, somewhat bitter and spicy by the large amount of polyphenols they contain.

When decanting the microparticles usually leave a slight sheet in the bottom of the bottle, which does not detract quality from them, although it is advisable not to keep for a long time (not more than 6 months)

CRUDE USE IS RECOMMENDED
