Unfiltered olive oils
With the new olive campaign, new unfiltered olive oils arrive, also called "on the branch". These are early harvest oils, opaque green because of their microparticle content of the same olive pulp from which they come, as well as their high chlorophyll content. Fresh, fragrant, somewhat bitter and spicy because of the large amount of polyphenols they possess. When decanting the microparticles, they usually leave a slight deposit at the bottom of the bottle, which does not detract from quality, although it is advised not to keep for a long time (no more than 6 months). Its use in crude is recommended.
