In the nose it is fruity of green olive with aromas of herbs, tomato and artichoke; next to more mature notes of fresh fruits such as apple or green banana. It has a soft entrance in the mouth, which reminds us of olfactory notes, a slight and spicy progressive bitter. Good structure and persistence. Ideal for raw consumption.
