Essential is an extra virgin virgin olive oil of early collection with denomination of Sierra de Cazorla origin, collected and produced at the end of October. Extra virgin olive oil (picual monovarietal). The picual is large body oil, with a bitter and spicy taste intermediate and balanced, intense fruity, without any defect. It is also common for green notes in their aroma, with fruity to tomato and alloza. Among its best qualities is its great resistance to rooting, thanks to the significant amount of vitamin E that it possesses. Denomination of origin: Sierra de Cazorla
