The healthy olive is harvested at its optimum moment of maturity, it is extracted cold to preserve all the aroma and flavor of the oil, it is an oil with body, smooth and balanced, with aromas of green leaf.

We are talking about a single varietal of the picual variety, the predominant variety in the area and more beneficial than other varieties.

The olive oil of the picual variety is the richest in oleic acid, surpassing oils of other varieties by almost 10%. Oleic acid and polyphenols are associated with reduced risk of cardiovascular and liver disease.

It has a high composition of fatty acids as well as a large amount of natural antioxidants.

Its high polyphenol content makes Picual olive oil the most stable that exists, which means a longer period of preferential consumption and excellent behavior against thermal use in cooking.
