Our vinegar of Jérez is protected by the name “vinegar of Jérez”. It is a young vinegar, with aroma, one of the first vinegars of ecological Jérez existing in the market. Organoleptic profile: yellow color, aroma wealth, oak signs, and old wine measured, soft and very balanced. Non -aggressive, persistent final. Acidity: 7%.
