Collection: November South Campiña Zone of Jaén. Extraction: Cold elaborated, of the first extraction from the collection of the fruit. Notes: intense green color and more opaque appearance. Very aromatic fruity with tomato and herbaceous notes, in which you can see the textures of the pulp providing a more genuine flavor. It reminds us of the old with a more traditional elaboration. In this oil the sweetness of the chamomile variety with the 100% Jaén style has been combined. Conservation: Maintain closed container, away from light and heat, in a cool place. Recommendations: Ideal for raw consumption in salads, gazpachos and also for traditional stews where you can appreciate its “in branch” flavor.
