Ham from cruciate pigs of Iberian in 75% and Duroc in 25%, raised in own farms and mainly fed on acorns and natural pastures, also adding to their root diet. The main physical and organoleptic characteristics are the elongated and stylized shape, the pinkaceous color in the cut with integrated fat, a sweet taste and a pleasant aroma, a little fibrous texture and a bright and aromatic fat.
