Fruit of green olive that in the mouth, is perceived with great diversity of plant aromas, especially to fresh grass, tomato plant, green almond, green banana, green apple and nut. It is worth highlighting its fluidity and a bitter and spicy in perfect harmony with the sweet and fresh flavors present. With very almond retroglling it also has a slight touch of very elegant pepper and a slight astringency.
