HARVEST:
Extra virgin olive oil of conventional gourmet quality production, extracted cold at a maximum of 27º C. from a selection of the best olives of the picual variety collected in the month of November at its optimum maturation time.
Tasting:
Medium fruity smell of green olive, with slight tomato and artichoke notes. In the mouth it is soft and with very balanced light bitter and itching. Jaén’s best picual olive selection.
Pair:
Ideal for salads, toast and for Mediterranean cuisine.
